I need to buy a new tv, one that will temporarily serve as a monitor as well.
I'm thinking probably 36" or bigger, 1080p resolution (1920x1080). Any suggestions? My price range is ~1k.
Inputs are not a problem, as I will need to get an adapter for my laptop to connect to it anyway, and it's just a matter of getting an hdmi output instead of a dvi output.
Ideally, it would be wall mountable, but that's not an absolute requirement.

So this is the part of the project that I hate.
In the last probably 20-30 hours of work, I have written exactly 4 lines of code.
The rest of my time has been spent writing User Guides and API documentation.
I hate this.
